To use most Services, the customer must register for and maintain an active personal user Services account (“Account”). The customer must be at least 13 years old to create an Account. Account registration requires providing Prime Laundry & Dry Cleaning with personal information, such as name, address, and mobile phone number, along with a valid credit card. The customer agrees to keep Account information accurate and up-to-date. Failure to maintain accurate information, including an invalid or expired credit card, may result in inability to access the Services or termination of this Agreement. The customer is responsible for all activity under the Account and agrees to keep the username and password secure. Unless permitted by Prime Laundry & Dry Cleaning in writing, the customer may only have one Account.
By purchasing our services, the customer accepts the risk of loss or damage to personal property and agrees that claims and reimbursements must align with Prime Laundry & Dry Cleaning’s policies.
Privacy Policy
By accessing or using our Services, whether registered or not, the customer agrees to the terms of this Agreement and consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information, establishing a contractual relationship between the customer and Prime Laundry & Dry Cleaning. Please review the Agreement before providing any information.
Prime Laundry & Dry Cleaning reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by providing notice, which may include posting a revision to these Terms and Conditions.
Continued use of the Services after such notice or posting constitutes the customer's consent to be bound by the amended Agreement. The customer agrees to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes.
The customer may not link to this website from another site or document without prior written consent from Prime Laundry & Dry Cleaning.
